Answering Behavioral Interview Questions
Having a 'behavioral' interview may be somewhat difficult at first. The interviewer will be consistently drilling down to specific examples in your experience. If you have difficulty coming up with a specific example, the behavioral interviewer will provide you with a prompt to continue thinking until you can provide an example. Being prepared will avoid an inevitable silence.
